Born to a family well known for producing famous scholars, young Freya had always been fascinated by the world and new knowledge. She is the second daughter of the family, with another twin she was very close to, and so no one expected her to take the country's tradition of joining the clergy. Freya was both disappointed and happy with this fact as she was going to miss out on the treasure trove of knowledge that the church has, but she was also free to pursue anything her heart desires. This suddenly changed the day her twin sister was killed when she was fifteen...and the task turned to Freya to become a sister in the Church of Megam.

Still devastated, Freya turned to her new duty with a certain anxiety but also with a certain enthusiasm. She wanted to do what she could in the stead of her sister---but soon found out that the clergy is a far, far different place than she thought it was. The politics bothered her, even as she found out that she has an unexpected skill in it. The rules and regulations also disturbed her, even as everyone praised her for the amazing abilities she has as a sister. Still, Freya tried to do her best and be happy in her sister's stead...until the day she accidentally overheard a high-ranking priest talking about a crime he committed while drunken out of his mind...the murder of a girl who looked so much like Sister Freya.

Everything turned upside down since that day, and Freya was determined to do everything she could for revenge. She honed her skills until everyone agreed that she must have been destined to be a Guardian of the Altar. She learned the art of building connections. She learned the rules of the politics game and how to play it with the grace of a master, and she played it ruthlessly, slowly blackmailing, bribing and even killing those who get in her way. After all, there is hardly a thing you could lose when you've already lost what you valued the most.

And as it went, Freya managed to reach the top, became a Guardian and brought her sister's killer to justice, as she had always wished. But with this deed done, her world turned into an empty grey, the old Freya she used to be lost long ago. She kept on being a player in Megam's politics, however, as she had closed all the doors home behind her and there is nowhere to turn back to.



PERSONALITY ;;

The young Freya was sincere, kind, warm, and quite curious about everything. Freya as she is now is cold, distant and uncaring. She does smile when it's called for and for people who didn't know her that well would appear like a warm, friendly matron. Those who know her a bit more, however, agree that her heart is as cold as ice, and she does not take kindly to those who go against her ways but will often warn them in no uncertain terms. A small part in her still wants to be freed, but it has been buried in so many layers of reasons and hatred that it may as well have never existed.



APPEARANCE ;;

Youthful and beautiful, Sister Freya wears her pale hair very long, almost down to her knees, although she's not very tall. (160 cm) Her eyes are brown, and she carries herself with a certain grace and fragility that completely hides her inner turmoil.
